FDR’s 1933 New Deal

It was 1933. The American people were in their 4th year of the great depression where men wearing expensive suits stood in food lines. Lack and scarcity were the standard that few escaped. The people had been physically and emotionally beat down with little to provide any hope of change. The present day seemed hopeless and future prospects held only the promise of more missery and suffering. The people were desperate for anything or anyone that offered any form of hope that the ‘hell’ they were experiencing would come to an end.

And, the People Trusted FDR

The argument that the great depression and the national banking emergency were contrived by the Federal Reserve Banks to beat down the American people so as to economically enslave America is a tough argument to rebut. They say that hind sight is 20/20. Looking back from a distance of 85 years we can see the events from an entirely new perspective that the people of the day were unable to see.

The President of the United States and the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury as the Trustees responsible for the administration of the property ‘pledged’ by the American people have administrated our affairs into a $21 Trillion debt and NOT ONCE has anyone offered a plan to resolve the emergecy. Emergency management is BIG BUSINESS!

We have come to learn that if one will Follow the money they will generally find who has profited from an event opening the door to discovery of the true

parties and motives behind that event. FDR’s New Deal provided the Federal Reserve Banks with an absolute grip on the American economy with the power and control to determine if America experiences a time of lack or abundance, or a time of peace or war.

Dissecting FDR’s annaugural address of March 4, 1933 we see certain phrases, terms of art and/or legaleze that most likely was not understood by the American people of 1933 …. numb and complacent after 4 years of the depression. Read or

listen to the speech now before reading further. See if you catch the true meaning expressed that fateful day.

FDR – First Inaugural Address

“A Day of National Consecration.”

FDR opened his speech with “This is a day of national consecration.”

Consecrate: In ecclesiastic law to dedicate to a sacred purpose.

Dedicate: To appropriate and set aside one’s private property to some PUBLIC use.

Dedication: The appropriation of land for use of the PUBLIC. ‘A deliberate appropriation of land by its owner for any general uses, reserving to himself no other rights than such are compatible with the full exercise and enjoyment of the PUBLIC uses to which the property has been devoted.’

FDR opened his speech informing the American people that they were about to gift, not only their property and labor to the PUBLIC TRUST, but the property and labor of their descendants in perpetuity.

In his closing statement FDR ‘accepted that ‘gift’ and stated, ‘In this dedication — In this dedication of a Nation….’ making it clear to the people what they had just done.

FDR further states: ‘We are, I know, ready and willing to submit our lives and our property to such a discipline, because it makes possible a

leadership which aims at the larger good. This, I propose to offer, pledging that the larger purposes will bind upon us all as a sacred obligation with a unity to duty hitherto evoked only in times of armed strife.’

The people were not informed that they were giving up their private property rights in exchange for any Public Rights or Benefits the Public Trust decided to bestow on them.

FDR’s New Deal became a mortgage on the property & labor of the people and bound the people to the private codes and statutes.

IN YOUR FACE!! America

FDR brazingly told the American people that ‘We must recognize the overbalance of population in the industrial centers, engage on a national scale the redistribution of the land, providing a better use of the land for those best fitted for the land.’

It was the American people ‘overbalanced in the industrial centers’ that gave rise to the redistribution of property, to/for the use of others ‘better fitted for the land.’ REALLY?

FDR called for ‘national planning and supervision of all forms of transportation and of communication and other utilities that have a public nature.

One must ask, What does gaining complete planning and supervision over all communications, transportation and all public utilities have to do with a banking emergency?

“The Constitution is Just a Damn Piece of Paper” George W. Bush

Unlike George W. Bush, FDR did not go so far as to say the Constitution was worthless, but he did say that “Our Constitution is simple, so practical that it is posible to always to meet extraordinary needs by changes in emphasis and arrangement without loss of essential form.” WHAT? “It may take an ‘unprecedented demand and need …. for a temporary departure from the normal balance of executive and legislative authority.” (Think suspension of all checks and balances, all civilian due process provided for in the Constitution.)

Induction Into the Presidency

Looking back on FDR’s statement that ‘on my induction into the Presidency….’ we must look to the meaning of ‘induction.’

We see in Black’s Law 5th Ed.

Induct: To enter formally into military service, to inauguate or install.

Induction: Process of inducting civilian into military service.

Did the American people understand that FDR was being installed as the Commander-In-Chief of the Army and Navy and as such he would act in the capacity of President? And while acting in the capacity of

President that he would assume leadership of the American people, a great army of our people dedicated to a disciplined attack upon our common problems. We will move as a trained and loyal army (civilian) willing to sacrifice for the good of a common discipline. FDR promised to employ certain ‘lines of attack’ only evoked in a time of armed strife.

The National Banking Emergency effectively voided the Constitution replacing our constitutional government with an military force operating under War Powers and the Law of Necessity. The American people became enemy aliens in their own home having ‘pledged’ away their sovereign authority

to the military occupational force.

The Trading With The Enemy Act, as amended by the Emergency Banking Relief Act, made nearly EVERYTHING illegal without a license, tax or fee.

The New Deal became a mortgage on the property and labor of the American people, in perpetuity. Fortunately, every mortgage has a ‘Redemption Clause.’
